Robotic Transfer Press Work
We provide single, progressive as well as transfer press production systems that use robots. We have a wide range of product lines such as automotive components, low-voltage applications, communication, construction, external cosmetic coverings, etc. The diverse product groups cater to a variety of industries.
We handle a wide range of materials from steel to high-tensile steel sheet, copper, brass, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Progressive Press Line
Multiple progressive press line units and servo progressive press line units are provided from 45t to 300t.
Tapping inside the progressive die is also a special technology of Seki Press. Our own tapping box is incorporated in the progressive die. The reduction in the processing cost is achieved by incorporating tapping in the automated process to achieve a complete process. This is used in automotive components and low-voltage components.
Single Press Line
High precision with 20 units of 15t - 200t single press lines, and press work lines for quick delivery. We meet various customers’ needs for the production of diversified products.
