What are the effects on cost if the process is changed from cutting to press?

Ans. Depending on various factors, the cost is reduced by approx. 15%.

We would like to change the die cast products to press products. Are there any restrictions in doing so?

Ans. Roughness should be determined by its material. Thickness cannot be changed (material thickness) and the hollow screw process is not possible.
We can discuss this with reference to the respective drawings.

By how much will the cost be reduced by using the shaving method?

Ans. Since two processes are combined into one, the cost is reduced by 50%.

Can we request a prototype only?

Ans. Let us start the production of one prototype to a small lot.
Alternative: Yes, you can request a small lot of just a single prototype.

Could you provide assembly as well?

Ans. We provide services from welding up to assembly of small units.

How large a unit can you support?

Ans. We can support a unit of up to 500´300 mm.

Industrial video scope (Endoscope)

Is the industrial video scope water-resistant?

Ans. This is not water-resistant. The probe can be used with IP67, 68 except for alcohol.

Could I try the video scope before buying?

Ans. We can loan a machine free of charge. (Transportation to be paid by the client)
