Process design and production technologies for pursuing cost reduction and shorter delivery time

SEKI Press is constantly working on R&D based on fabrication and production technologies amassed up to now.

Not bound by conventional fabrication methods, we work day in and day out on improving process design and production technologies that contribute to further cost reduction and shorter delivery times.

We put particular effort into stable quality and cost improvement necessary in mass production, developing, designing, and manufacturing in-house specialty machinery for mass production and general-purpose machinery that can respond to needs.

Developing those production technologies in-house enables us to reduce costs as well as shorten delivery time and handle requests for urgent specification changes and the like quickly and flexibly.

Development of fabrication technologies and methods

SEKI Press develops highly original technologies exemplified by our development of fabrication methods only we can make and development of technologies for reducing the number of processes.

We hold patents in Japan and abroad for our WarisakiR fabrication method and earned praise for that new technology.

We also have many other original fabrication technologies such as the punching and shaving fabrication and shaving applied technology.

Development, design, and manufacture of a 3D video inspection device using a multi-axis robot arm

Usage：
3D shape measurement of small pressed goods, automatic detection of scratches, discoloring and other quality defects, and palletization to automatic transport to individual boxes of goods passing inspection.
